Dongcheol Woo is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed tax accountant with extensive experience across leading Korean accounting firms. After beginning his career at KPMG Samjong and Deloitte Anjin, he went on to serve as a Partner at several prominent firms, including Samdo Accounting Corporation, Yoonsung Accounting Corporation, and HKL Haerim Accounting Corporation. Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of engagements encompassing accounting and tax advisory, financial due diligence, valuation, and statutory audits for numerous corporate clients.

 He has particular expertise in local taxation, real estate-related tax matters, and M&A advisory. In addition to his professional practice, he has served as a member of the Gyeonggi Provincial Government Local Tax Review Committee, demonstrating strong capabilities across both practical advisory and policy-related tax matters.
